2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a news communications business operator established under the Act on the Promotion of News Communications.

Defendant A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a business entity that publishes weekly newspaper “A” and online newspaper “D”.

Defendant B is a reporter belonging to the Defendant Company, and Defendant C is a director general of the editing bureau of the Defendant Company.

B. The Plaintiff’s report and its circumstances 1) The G Party I’s election at the FI’s election conducted by the E (hereinafter “G Party”).

On the other hand, on January 14, 2016, before the above election, the Plaintiff sent a written question to J as “K” by e-mail to the officer who belongs to the newspaper book, and upon the election of H on January 17, 2016, the above special frequency officer urged J to reply to the above question on January 17, 2016, and the J sent a reply to it. 2) After which the Plaintiff posted two articles (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff news”) on the Plaintiff’s Internet homepage on January 19, 2016 based on the above answer.

3) From several hours thereafter, G Party’s name to the effect that H did not have any fact of going through an interview with the Plaintiff through the G Party’s website and the out-to-door conference room for visitors to the G Party (hereinafter “the first name”).
