The defendant is the father and mother of the victim B (son, 8 years of age).

After giving birth to the victim between U and South Korea, the Defendant, while maintaining the internal relationship with C, operated a manufacturing company of "D" with C, while bringing up the victim alone, and was liable for approximately KRW 300 million debt.

On the other hand, the defendant thought that he did not want to live his own life in these circumstances and that he did not want to do so, he thought that he would first die the victim and then commit suicide.

On April 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on April 6, 2020, at the Defendant’s home located in Kimhae-si, carried out divings on two occasions by using a camera for medical treatment at the seat of the Defendant, and (b) as long as the Defendant followed the victim’s body so as not to open the victim, and (c) as long as the Defendant was unable to sit on the victim’s body and left the body, the Defendant died of the victim by strokeing the victim’s strokes from his seat to stroke pressure.

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
