A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BMW 520D car.
On March 7, 2015, from around 21:30 to 23:30 of the same day, the Defendant was in a state of having difficulty in driving normally due to the influence of drinking drinking, such as the Plaintiff’s 1 disease, beer and 2 disease, etc., together with the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s car, from the restaurant located in the Nam-gu Dong-gu, Incheon

Around 01:40, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.157%, the said car was driven by driving the said car, and the three-lane roads in the front of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, in two-lanes, proceeded from the Incheon Blue-si to the Blue Information Industry High School.
At the time, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and thus, the Defendant engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is prohibited from driving a motor vehicle while normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and there was a duty of care to accurately manipulate the steering direction and brake system and prevent the occurrence of the accident in advance.
Nevertheless, due to the negligence of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, the defendant was driven by the victim D (the age of 46) who was parked in front of the motor vehicle by the defendant while driving the motor vehicle in front of the motor vehicle, and the back part of the motor vehicle driven by the defendant was the front part of the motor vehicle driven by the defendant, and the above shock caused the victim F (the age of 60) who was driving the motor vehicle in front of the motor vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, suffered injury to the victim D, such as clocks and tensions that require a two-day medical treatment, injury to the victim H(60 years of age) who was on driving the motor vehicle driven by the victim D, for about three weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim F, such as clocks and tensions in need of a two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim I who was on driving the motor vehicle driven by the victim F, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
