Punishment of the crime
On July 2, 2013, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on July 2, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on December 27, 2013.
1. On February 2, 2014, around 21:26, the Defendant: (a) set aside the victim D, who is a security guard, at the Daegu-gu C apartment complex 5, 507-dong guard room, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2014; (b) reported that the victim D was out of the said guard room; (c) opened the locks in the said door and intrudes into the guard room; and (d) cut off one car car radio in an amount equivalent to 70,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was kept under custody on the face of the said door.
2. Larceny;
A. On January 29, 2014, around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) separated the strike behind the central passage of the 507-dong apartment complex from one another; and (b) subsequently stolen that the market price of the victim occupied by the victim at the collection site managed by the victim D.
B. On February 2, 2014, around 21:34, 2014, the Defendant separated recycled products that are front of the central passage of 507 apartment buildings from each other and stolen them by 200 won of the market price occupied by the victim at the collection site managed by the victim D.
3. Around 20:10 on February 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim E, who resides in the next house from the Daegu-gu C Apartment-gu 5 Complex 507 Dong 102, the front corridor 102, on the ground that he resisted the Defendant to set up a large frame for radio; (b) dumping the victim’s house and dump; (c) dumping the victim’s bat; and (d) 2-3 times fump bump to drinking.
On July 2, 2013, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on July 2, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on December 27, 2013.
1. On May 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) collected secondhands in front of the Daegu Seo-gu C apartment 507, Seogu, Daegu, on May 9, 2014; and (b) contain 60 vacant bottles of an amount equivalent to KRW 7,580 in the market price managed by the Victim F.
