A Imprisonment of one year and six months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 3,000,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won.

1. Defendant A is a person employed by F, the proprietor of the above game site, in a game room where there is no trade name on the first floor underground of the building in Ansan-gu E, Ansan-gu, and managed the game room.

No one shall provide game products for use or use for profit, which have not been classified by the Game Rating Board, and no one shall engage in business of giving financial benefits or losses to users according to the outcome of friendship using machinery, etc. which might attract speculative spirit in the general game room.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, upon receiving the above F’s instructions from May 12, 2013 to May 15, 2013, employed B as an employee in the above game room, and set up 25 units of “sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-door game machine”, which was not classified by the Game Rating Board, and filled up 10,000 won to unspecified customers with a card, and deposited 10,000 won with the same picture as the game screen, and exchanged 10,000 won with the accumulated points.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with the above F, provided game products not classified by the Game Rating Board for use, and at the same time, provided the users with speculative electronic machines for use, and provided the users with economic benefits or losses according to the incidental results.

2. Defendant B, from May 13, 2013 to May 15, 201:30, installed 25 game machine “sea-to-sea” game machine, which was not classified by the said F and A’s game software rating committee, in the said game room, and engaged in an act of causing financial gain or loss to users according to the outcome of friendship, he/she would receive KRW 100,000 per day from the said A and make customers play a heart of tobacco, and thereby, receive the said F and A’s game room.
