Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Even based on the Plaintiff’s assertion of partial dismissal, the part cited in Article 1-A of the Disposition No. 1 of the Inheritance Division Agreement between the Defendants and E regarding the real estate listed in the separate sheet, which was concluded on October 29, 2019, is recognized as an act of amnesty.
