A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 400,000.

[Criminal Power] On July 9, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties by the Suwon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 17, 2015.

The indictment does not specify the criminal records corresponding to the latter concurrent crimes of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, but it is stated ex officio, so there is no impediment to the defendant's right of defense.

1.
