On December 24, 2012, at the front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant by spiting the spiting the spit by using a window that the victim gets off from the car to the seat of the driver who was driven by the car, on the ground that the victim D (Nam, 39 years of age) who was followed while driving the car at the front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
