If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. On October 20, 201, at around 11:00 on October 20, 201, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “C” agency of the Defendant’s management located in B of the racing, “The Defendant may change the old cell phone into a new cell phone where the two mobile phones should be additionally installed.” The new cell phone is to be terminated within 14 days.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to terminate the mobile phone opened in the name of the victim within 14 days or to pay the mobile phone terminal and service fee.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and allowing the victim to open two mobile phones (E and F) in the name of the victim, had the victim bear a total of KRW 1,673,00,000, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. On October 20, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00 on October 20, 201, using the receipt of a copy of the victim G’s identity card, the father of the victim D and D, in the process of opening a mobile phone in the victim’s name, the Defendant was willing to open a mobile phone after forging a new contract in the name of the victims.

On October 21, 2011, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D’s “C” agency located in the Defendant’s management of the Defendant on the racing-si, and signed on the name column of the “C”, “H”, “H 201 U.S. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P., the Defendant signed on the “D”, “H”, “H 201 P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim G in the same time and place as that set forth in paragraph (a) in the name column of “G” and “K” and the resident registration number column.
