The defendant is a person who jointly owns B and CM5 cars.

A person who succeeds to a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with a Mayor/Do Governor within six months from the last day of the month

Nevertheless, even though the father B died on January 27, 2014, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership without justifiable grounds.
