A notary public, on February 14, 2013, drafted a joint law office, sought the exclusion of the executory power over the said notarial deed against the Defendant, who was transferred by endorsement after the due date on February 2014, 2014, on the ground that there is no invalidity of the act of issuance (the Plaintiff’s previous representative director D’s abuse of power of representation or breach of trust) of the obligation under a promissorysory note No. 227 on February 14, 2013.
