1. The Defendant’s KRW 16,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from August 11, 2015 to October 8, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act and Article 257(3) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) provides for statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, is promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015. As such, in this case, the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied from October 1, 2015 (Article 2(2) of the Addenda). Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim that exceeds the above recognition scope is dismissed.
