Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On July 18, 2013, the Defendant was a person driving B rocketing another car, and the Defendant was driving the said car at around 10:10 on July 18, 2013, and stopped on the two-lane side of the two-lane road from the right edge to the right edge of the front road in the front of the front city of the front city.

The Defendant, by occupational negligence, suffered injury to the above victims E and G, such as “finites and tensions,” which requires two weeks’ medical treatment, and injury to the victims K (V, 48 years old), such as “einites and tensions,” which requires two weeks’ medical treatment, and the victim L (V, 45 years old) who was on the part of the G vehicle, in need of two weeks’ medical treatment.
