Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B in high-priced other car.
On September 11, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.199% among blood transfusions on September 22:55, 2017, and led the driving of the said car to the front distance of the D cafeteria in the next City City C from the bank of the apartment for a pair of houses.
