1. The defendant A is the representative director of the corporation B established for the purpose of manufacturing food in the Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City E.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false indication of origin.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd., at the same time and time as paragraph (1) 1, the representative director of the Defendant, was a false indication of origin, as in paragraph (1).
