1. The Defendant’s KRW 401,500,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from May 15, 2020 to October 16, 2020, and the following.
Reasons
1. A claim for a loan of KRW 401,50,000, totaling KRW 197,000,000 in cash over 66 times from January 2005 to June 2010, and a total of KRW 204,50,000,00 in total, over 88 times from January 201 to April 2020, as stated in attached Form 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis;
3. The repayment period of the partial dismissal of the loan seems not to have been determined, and there is no other assertion.
The claim for damages for delay for the previous period shall be deemed due and payable on the date of service of the complaint.
