The defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and the evidence submitted in the court of first instance is recognized as legitimate in fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance even if the defendant presented evidence to this court.
Therefore, the reasoning of this court's judgment is the same as that of the first instance court, and it is citing it in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The judgment of the first instance court is just and the defendant's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
