1. The background of this case: ① the land list 1 and 2 are owned by the Plaintiff who completed each registration of ownership transfer on January 13, 1998; ② the non-party D who represented the Plaintiff on May 11, 2010, entered 1 and 2 land in the separate sheet 1 and 1,00,000 won for monthly rent (after payment) and the period from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2013; ② the lease contract was renewed on July 1, 2016; ② the land category of the Plaintiff and 1 and 2 were to be entered in the separate sheet 1 and 2, and the land category of the Plaintiff and 2, to be entered in the separate sheet 1 and 2, and the land category of the Plaintiff and 3, as stated in the separate sheet 2, stated in the separate sheet 1 and 15,000,000 won in the separate sheet 1 and 2,000,000.
