1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 275,697,304 and KRW 275,533,325 among the Defendants, from October 21, 2014 to August 2015.
1. The facts in the separate sheet concerning the cause of the instant claim are acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 6.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 275,697,304 won and 275,533,325 won among them, as the Plaintiff seeks, 12% per annum from October 21, 2014 to August 12, 2015, the agreed interest rate of 12% per annum, from the next day to September 30, 2015, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc.
(2) The legal interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., which reduces the legal interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, is implemented from October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim partially accepted the Plaintiff’s claim for conclusion, and the part of the claim is dismissed.
