1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 8, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on November 28, 2002, lent to the defendant a total of KRW 50 million, KRW 10 million on December 24, 2002, and KRW 60 million on December 24, 2002. The plaintiff seeking repayment of the above loan. 2. Judgment without pleading (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
