From February 4, 2009 to December 21, 2016, the Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the state that he/she lacks the ability or decision-making ability to discern things due to the “fluence of division” with symptoms, such as terrestrial refund, unstable situation, distortion, damage, related accident, decrease in recognition function, and decrease in real judgment power.

1. On March 7, 2017, around 19:57, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim, who was at the house of the victim F, Ma-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and entered the entrance and exit of the victim to the house to enter the house, and then intrudes on the victim’s residence, such as lying the house on the floor of the living room.

2. On March 2017, the Defendant, who was injured by the fire of the present owner’s building, the death of the present owner’s fire, and the fire of the present owner’s building, did not find the stability of mind, and did not look at one’s own address, with the view to hiding himself.

Accordingly, on March 9, 2017, the Defendant was residing together with G around 03:10 on March 9, 2017 with his mother.

In the 307th floor building of the 4th floor located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the paper sets a paper, waste, etc. on the gas screen located in the main room of the building, setting a fire on the gas screen, attaching a fire to the gas screen, setting a wall and a tent for the non-breadth, and continuously making the gas, heat, etc. spread on the 3th floor and the 4th floor of the building.

Accordingly, the Defendant, with his mother, destroyed a structure used as a residence by a person by burning the inside of the house used as a residence with his mother, and caused the victim H (V, 49 years old) to be able to be treated as an installment savings of the member of the Ansan-si Medical Center of Korea National Medical Center located in the relevant university on March 14, 2017.
