On the basis of the recognition that the Defendant knows the personal information of C, who is his spouse, and has C identification cards, etc., the Defendant affixed the Defendant’s well-known seal on the printed column of the confirmation document, which is necessary for completing the registration, without permission of C, and used the above confirmation document to move the building located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, Seoul, in his name to the name of the Defendant.
