The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. 2. Determination
A. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the court below and the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, it can be recognized that the defendant stopped the vehicle at a bus stop where the victim was seated and was out of the open door.
