1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 61,130,926 and KRW 58,238,59 among them, from February 22, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 3, it is recognized that the facts are the same as the reasons for the claim in the attached Form. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delay damages at the agreed rate of 15% per annum from February 22, 2016 to the date of complete payment with respect to KRW 61,130,926 of the balance of the principal and interest of loan and the balance of the principal of loan 58,238,599 of the balance of the loan principal.
