However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 7, 2017, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) demanded a judgment to the victim D (Woo, 41 years old) who was parked in front of the C Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and was rejected, and thereby, the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “I will return to the house. I will do so if I will do so, I will have to do so. I will have to do so) the food knife, which is a dangerous object, at the time of refusal.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
