On September 16, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.148% in blood, driven a Broman vehicle at a section of approximately 200 meters prior to the south of the Sungdong-dong racing, Dongcheon-dong, Dongdong-dong, and the front of the cafeteria for the viewing of the Defendant.
