1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,790,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 19, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the unpaid construction cost and the delay damages therefor, out of the costs of new construction of multi-family house B or multi-family house on the ground at the proposal of the claim;
