1. Defendant A, around 00:50 on July 4, 2018, at around 200:0, the victim B (52: 52) did not refuse to live together with the Defendant, and the Defendant assaulted the victim’s neck in two hands.

2. Defendant B assaulted the victim’s right arms at the time and place under paragraph (1) by setting up against the victim’s act under paragraph (1) of the victim A (n, 35 years of age) at two times, and by putting the victim’s right arms on his hand.

2. Determination

(a) Each crime of non-violation of intention (Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. The Defendants’ intent not to punish each other after the instant indictment is expressed in the trial process.
