When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

1. On November 1, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”), driving the said vehicle at around 07:10, and driving it on the road following D in Kim Sea C.

At the time of parking, there are many vehicles parked around the road, so there were duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering direction, brakes and other devices while living well before, after and after the driving of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting this, the Defendant, who was parked on the left side of the road in the direction of the progress of the Defendant’s vehicle, was shocked by the end of the part on the right-hand side of the Defendant’s vehicle after the F New Zealand XD car was on board by the victim E (Nam, 50 years of age).

Accordingly, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, destroyed the victim’s car to cover the cost of repairing the city in the market, but immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing the victim’s personal information.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, when he was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, operated the said cargo vehicle without mandatory insurance at the same date and at the same place as that of paragraph (1).
