The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is as shown in attached Form 1;
(Provided, That the "suspect" is dismissed on February 2, 199 (Article 109(2) of the Labor Standards Act, and the proviso of Article 44 of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act) intention not to punish the victim (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
