1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 41,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 14% per annum from February 11, 2019 to November 13, 2019; and (b).
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the complaint in this case until the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the portion of the claim in excess shall be dismissed.
