1. Examining the evidence duly admitted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court as to Defendant A’s grounds of appeal, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the instant facts charged (excluding the part not guilty of the grounds for appeal) was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

There is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles.

2. As to the Defendant Incorporated Agricultural Company B’s final appeal, the Defendant did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period, and the Defendant did not state the grounds for objection in the petition of final appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
