1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, as a Class-6 civilian military employee in charge of computer work, has served in the B Center from July 21, 2014 to the date.
B. From September 14, 2016 to September 18, 2016, a large quantity of military data was seized using the contact points between the national defense network managed by the second center and the Internet network managed by North Korea.

On June 21, 2017, the Military Personnel Disciplinary Committee of the Ministry of National Defense decided on one month of suspension from office against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff’s misconduct (hereinafter “instant disciplinary cause”) related to the instant hacking incident constituted a violation of good faith (limited to a violation of good faith), and the Defendant was subject to one month suspension from office on June 22, 2017.

However, the Plaintiff did not present accurate inputs of the Plaintiff on the facts subject to disciplinary action stated in the instant disposition disposition, such as entering the joint investigation team investigation following the instant hacking incident into the IP management system around October 2016. However, the Plaintiff appears to mean the IP address of each CIFS server control network among the national defense network and the Internet network within B as follows.
Until then, the 2nd Center did not manage the current IP status on the back-up network and control network, and the IP address in the defense network area was erroneously allocated to the IP address for the management of the Internet network CIFS server, and the national defense network and the Internet network were connected logically.
