B From August 2010 to Busan Seo-gu, a non-registered job placement service was conducted with the trade name "E" from D2 to Busan Seo-gu, and around January 2012, the defendant A recommended the defendant A to find the defects in the job placement service at the above office, and the defendant A consented to this, and the defendant A performed duties such as recruitment and introduction of crew members, and the defendant B took charge of monetary management and arrangement of books.

1. On April 17, 2013, the Defendants conspired with the competent authorities to introduce F (G, 32 tons) to F (G, 32 tons of monthly payment for the introduction expenses of KRW 2 million to F (G, and 32 tons) owner H (in the event of payment for the introduction expenses of KRW 2 million in the above fishing vessel, the Defendants are responsible for, and thereafter, to manage the seafarers so as not to leave the said fishing vessel, and even if there is any suspicion, the Defendants introduced the introduction expenses of KRW 2 million from the above H to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (I) in the name of the Defendant B on May 10, 2013, and introduced the introduction expenses of KRW 16 to 30,000,000 to H, as stated in the attached Table I (16) to June 18, 2015, and provided the aggregate work expenses of KRW 300,000,000 to H, a paid worker.
