On December 7, 2017, at around 23:10 on December 7, 2017, the Defendant was employed in disguised employment at the convenience store operated by the Victim L located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with the head of 58 cultural gift certificates equivalent to KRW 665,000 and the market value of KRW 410,00,000, in cash owned by the victim, who was on the calculation stand by using the gaps in which the management of the victim was neglected.
