폭행
The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On November 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim, on the grounds that the victim E (Nam, 32 years of age) who had driven the same lane while driving a taxi vehicle parked in front of a D cafeteria near the Daejeon-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon on the ground that the victim E (Nam, 32 years of age) who driven the same lane gets light-wise, parked the vehicle and parked the vehicle on two occasions on the two hand, and then pushed the victim’s left part of the breath, with the victim’s hand, and assaulted the victim by twice.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
(c) Members not subject to punishment: On May 30, 2019, indication of the witness's intention to punish or not to punish the witness during the examination of witness outside the date;
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
