The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

C is an operator of 'D' 'D', Defendant A is a child of C, and Defendant B is a child of C.

1. Since three years prior to Defendant C’s signing pictures at the F Hospital located in the Dongdong-gu E-gu, U.S., Defendant C changed the hospital’s “D” Switzerland operated by C from the victim G to the “H Switzerland” operated by C.

C Considering that the company has changed from H Switzerland to the side of the hospital, C took her friendship with the Defendant and the her dynamics B, who were his her friendly relationship with the hospital, and came to find it into H Switzerland located in Goyang-gu I on June 2, 2012. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23790, Jun. 2, 2012>

The Defendant and C put in place several times from H Switzerland to “the President Ba,” and intentionally francing a disturbance, such as “I will go through a photo, why I will do so,” and “I will go to the steis, why you will do so,” at the place where other customers take a photograph,” and the Defendant francing a pattern, such as franchising a fat, which is an employee, and francing with a franchis that contain a paradic disease.

As can be seen, the Defendant conspired with C to find the above business establishment and interfered with the victim G’s Switzerland operation by force over about 20 minutes.

2. Defendant B was waiting on the first floor when, at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), Da and her mother, who is in charge, entered H Stewardship.

During that period, C and A had been witnessed by H Switzerland's employees and the victim's shoulder part of the victim's J, who is an employee of H H Switzerland, was 2 and 3 times in the hands of the victim's shoulder part, which was the victim's staff.
