If Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 added the purport of the entire argument, it is recognized that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with fishery products equivalent to KRW 53,082,00 from November 2018 to May 10, 2019, and the plaintiff was paid KRW 23,00,000 as the supply price for fishery products from the defendant.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 30,800 won (i.e., the above 53,082,000 won - the above 23,000,000 won) and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from May 11, 2019 to July 12, 2019, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided to accept it.
