1. As to the Plaintiff, with respect to Defendant B, D, E, and G, with respect to each 1/9 share of 851 square meters (2,813 square meters) in Jeju-si, and Defendant C’s 3/9.
1. Indication of claim;
A. The land indicated in the order was owned by I, and on March 12, 1971, the Defendants, their wife and children, succeeded to the land according to the inheritance shares indicated in the order.
B. On January 30, 2009, Defendant B sold the said land to the Plaintiff on behalf of the remaining Defendants at KRW 85 million.
C. Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on January 30, 2009 with respect to the shares of inheritance among the above land to the Plaintiff.
2. Claim against Defendant D: Judgment made by confession.
3. Claim against the remaining Defendants: Judgment made by deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
