Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On January 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months to a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dangerous Death and Injury) at the Cheongju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 27 of the same month. On May 15, 2007, the Cheongju District Court received a summary order of KRW 2 million due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and accordingly violated the prohibition of driving under the Road Traffic Act more than twice.

1. On June 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the Da 110cc Land and Transport Act without obtaining a driver’s license from the Defendant’s house located in B in a considerable area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, to the front road of the tunnel construction section located in the same Gu C from around 200 meters.
2. On June 30, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling and smelling red on the face, at a F District of Police Station equivalent to the Cheongju in E, a considerable amount of Cheongju on June 30, 2017.
There is a reasonable reason to determine a person, and it was demanded to respond to the measurement of alcohol by inserting approximately 20 minutes into a drinking measuring instrument three times from around 22:12 to around 22:31 on the same day.
그럼에도 피고인은 음주 측정기에 입만을 대고 불 대를 혀로 막거나 시늉만을 하는 방법으로 이를 회피하여 정당한 사유 없이 경찰공무원의 음주 측정요구에 응하지 아니하였다.
around 16:40 on April 25, 2018, the Defendant driven JCA 1110 Orala under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.113% while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.13% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Cheongju-si, a substantial area of Cheongju-si B to the front of the “I Gas station” located in the same Gu.
