Punishment of the crime
On July 31, 2017, around 12:20, the Defendant, at the same time as Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 1379, assaulted the victim by breaking the flabbbage of the victim, who was in dispute with the victim B and parking in the apartment commercial parking lot.
