A. Plaintiff A1) Plaintiff A (hereinafter “A”)

(2) On December 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) the construction of traffic facilities among D apartment infrastructure (hereinafter “construction of the instant traffic facilities”); and (b) the Defendant’s construction of traffic facilities.

with respect to the construction period, the construction cost of KRW 165,00,000 (including surtax; hereinafter the same shall apply) from December 28, 2018 to May 31, 2019; and

On July 31, 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for construction works. From December 28, 2018 to August 31, 2019, the construction period of the instant construction works for traffic facilities was changed to KRW 242,80,000. (2) The Plaintiff submitted a written agreement to modify the contract. (3) As to the additional construction works for the matters pointed out in the construction completion of the instant construction works for the instant traffic facilities (hereinafter referred to as “the primary construction works”), the Plaintiff submitted a written estimate of KRW 19,80,000 to the Defendant on September 6, 2019.

3) The Plaintiff A refers to the construction of a forum prevention package and a tea color with respect to the construction of the instant traffic facilities (hereinafter “the second additional construction”). The term “each of the instant construction works” refers to “each of the instant construction works” in a lump sum.

On October 29, 2019, the Defendant submitted a written estimate of KRW 23,100,000 to the Defendant. 4) On October 29, 2019, the Defendant issued a work order with respect to the secondary additional works to Plaintiff A, starting from November 10, 2019, with respect to the secondary additional works to be carried out by Plaintiff A, and the Defendant issued a work order with the content of “the attachment of a photographed site.”

(E) On August 2019 and November 201, 2019, Plaintiff A drafted a photographic site on the completion of each of the instant construction works. 6) The F in charge of supervising each of the instant construction works was completed according to the change statement and each estimate.

7) Meanwhile, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 119,361,00 as the construction price. (b) Plaintiff B and the Defendant paid KRW 119,361,00 to the Plaintiff A as the construction price. (c) On December 20, 2018, the street lamps, signal lamps, etc. among the D apartment infrastructure.
