A Since the fact that Plaintiff B lent KRW 25,00,000 to the Defendant, there is no dispute between the parties, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,000,000,000 to the Plaintiff, and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 16, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case.

Therefore, the plaintiffs' claims shall be accepted for all reasons, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
