Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On May 4, 2006, the defendant was sentenced to transfer of juvenile protection case to the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor's Office for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and was sentenced to transfer of juvenile protection case to the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes on September 20, 2006, and was sentenced to transfer of juvenile protection case to the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office for special larceny on October 31, 2006, and was sentenced to transfer of juvenile protection case from the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes on September 23, 2008. On November 4, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to transfer of juvenile protection case to the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office for larceny on August 20, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence from the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's Office for short term of one year and one year and one year and six months.
[2013Hadan3940] On April 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven one of GT-100 Obama 60,000 U.S. market price at the victim F, driving on the front side of the DF, located in Nam-gu C at port on April 15, 2012.
In addition, from around that time to August 17, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property worth KRW 1,178,000 in total in 16 times habitually, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
[2013 Highest 4859] On April 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen 1 GT-100 Oral Ba from the front of the “E Loans,” located adjacent to DV in South-gu, South-gu, North Korean Port on April 15, 2012; (b) driven the above Habal Ba without a motorcycle driver’s license from the aforementioned temporary point of time to the end of 19:30 on April 25, 201, including the front way of the H building in the north-gu, North-gu, South-gu, I and the JJ of North Korean Port at approximately 50 to 60 km.
[2013Kadan4886] On May 6, 2011, the Defendant received a request from M to sell four half of the N owned by the mother of M who stolen from M on the frontway located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu.
