1. Defendant A

A. On December 4, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents was a person driving a D EFrocketing or other car. On December 23, 2012, the Defendant driven the said rocketing or other car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.135% without a driver’s license, and proceeded at a speed of about 80km from the border of the Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-si along the three-lanes of motorways in the upper end of the Sinsan-gu.
