However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant had a relationship between March 2014 and January 2015 with the victim B (n, 25 years of age).

1. On March 31, 2014, from around 03:54 to around 03:57, the Defendant: (a) had been divingd to the victim at his/her residence located in C 204 at Sinsi-si; (b) had his/her panty part of the victim’s breast part; (c) had her panty part of the victim’s panty part; and (d) had her panty part of the victim’s panty part.

On December 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took photographs and videos taken in the bulletin board of the Defendant himself/herself as referred to in paragraph (2) on the bulletin board of his/her pictures and videos “at least the first hosting connected with F, he/she joined the site, and (b) taken a place for a female terom ombomom’s mar within 30 seconds; and (c) taken a drink with subsection (a).

As a result, the Defendant displayed images of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, in public by using camera or other similar devices, against his will.
