1. For the plaintiffs:
A. Defendant C and D jointly share KRW 100,172,713 and its related thereto from March 26, 2013 to January 22, 2016.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant C is a licensed real estate agent operating the F Real Estate Brokerage Office located in Guri-si E, and Defendant D is employed by Defendant C and works as a broker assistant at the above real estate brokerage office. (2) Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association concluded a mutual aid agreement with Defendant C to compensate for damages to a third party due to a brokerage accident caused by intention or negligence during the period of mutual aid between August 19, 2012 and August 18, 2013. < Amended by Act No. 11903, Aug. 19, 2012; Act No. 11374, Aug. 19, 2012; Act No. 11374, Oct. 18, 2013; Act No. 11
(hereinafter “instant mutual aid contract”). (b)
(1) On March 4, 2013, the Plaintiffs were to enter into the instant sales contract with Defendant C and D, and KRW 495.3 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).
) The building of the fifth floor above and the fifth floor above (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) shall be composed of the instant land and the instant building, and the instant real estate shall be referred to as the “instant real estate.”
Defendant C and D sought the current status and relationship of the instant real estate from the end that they are balone, and sought advice from Defendant C and D. Accordingly, Defendant C and D explained to the Plaintiff that the actual amount of the secured debt established with respect to the instant real estate is 1,400,000,000 won in total and 10,200,000 won in the instant building, which is the vehicle that can be received monthly from the instant building. The sale price is 3.5 billion,50,000 square meters in total, 150,000 square meters in H site at 3.5,000,000 square meters in total (58 square meters in total) at 3.4,000,000 square meters in total (73 square meters in total) at 2,500,000,000 square meters in total (73,000,0000 square meters in total) at 2,50,000,000 square meters in total (2,34,0000 square meters in total)
