Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign when it is not an election campaign period.

(b) No one who violates the method of election campaign shall visit door to the elector, or have him/her gather at a specific place, for an election campaign;

On February 26, 2015, at around 09:10, the Defendant visited the said G G’s house, which is a member of the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, and opened a lake and marsh to the effect that the Defendant’s name was “a request for withdrawal from the head of the G Union,” and, from that time, visited the head of the G Union, who is a member of G, from around 09:40 on the same day, and provided a lake and marsh to support the Defendant by the aforementioned method.

Accordingly, the Defendant visited K, L, M, and N for an election campaign.

(c) No person shall transport money or goods for the purpose of purchase in a divided form to distribute money or goods to many electors, such as plastic bags, from the commencement date of candidate registration to the election day;
