When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Criminal facts
On June 16, 2016, the Defendant driven a B dump truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.129% in a section of about 68 meters from the upper 68m of the uppermost-gu, Ansan-si to the uppermost-ro, Ansan-si, the upper 68-1 (Yodong-dong), respectively.

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
