The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-speed car.
On July 23, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.079% of blood alcohol concentration around 00:10 on July 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle within a three-meter radius from the street corner before the base of calculating the Incheon Gyeyang-dong located in the Incheon Gyeyang-dong to the anama household located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
